Local/Within city travel is allowed in cities marked as Orange and Green zones. However, even on Local travel, restrictions imposed by state and/or district authorities may apply and may also differ, depending in your regional rules and regulations.
Inter-district (within state) and Inter-state (across states) travel mostly requires a pass even if one or both of the source and destination city are classified as green/orange zone. In the Red zones, passes are required for all kind of travel including Local/Within the city, Inter-district and Inter-state. Currently, these passes are issued only for permitted travel and most times issuance of a pass requires 24-36 hours of lead time.
At this time, only 2 passengers are allowed within the cab. Both the driver and the travellers are strictly advised to follow all COVID precautions. These are mandatory wearing of masks, carrying of sanitizer and maintaining social distance as much as possible.
